Tesuki-Washi Echizen sheets are a stunning traditional handmade Japanese paper constructed from 40% Kozo fibers and 60% hemp. It has a truly unique surface texture and deckled edge, with no two sheets ever the same. Due to its handmade nature, each sheet size as well as squaredness varies slightly. With a gorgeous surface and one of a kind feel, it prints well in both black and white and color applications, and we recommend imagery with some open space to allow its texture to shine through. A1+ size deckled edge sheets come in at approximately 26” x 39”, and we highly recommend printing at a size that accommodates the full sheet of paper to retain the natural deckle.
